The Bucket List

Posted on August 17, 2018 by Village Vidiot

Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman star in this sentimental road movie for the dying. Rob Reiner directs. Sean Hayes has good lines. It’s predictable and funny. Quick and well written, it’s nothing special. Live life to the fullest. Do what matters and what you want and what you’ve got to do. Wealth lets you do certain things. Do what you can when you can. Faith and spirit are real (?). Did I mention it’s both funny and predictable?. A good film to watch with my now 14-yo daughter, a friend of hers who was sleeping over, and my wife. Racier than good ‘family’ fare, but aptly rated PG-13 for the occasional naughty comment. I brought “The Counterfeiters” home from school and wish we’d been able to watch it. So it goes
